We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales and Leasing Manager

Location: Nigeria

Job Description
We are currently looking to hire an experienced sales & letting manager to oversee and drive activties in our sales and letting unit. The Ideal candidates must possess the following attributes:

• Top Marketing and Negotiation Skills: Should be able to identify / talk to the right client, and initiate / close deals.
• Market Knowledge: Possess good knowledge of the Lagos real estate market.
• Organization: Have the ablilty to create / manage schedules, multitask, and coordinate inspections or other initiative to develop new leads and increase sales.
• The right candidates must be confident, well-spoken and sociable.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess B.Sc / HND qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with same (or similar) role.

Salary

• We offer a generous and attractive salary with commissions and profit share.
• This role comes with a fully maintained official car.
